Reductions
The reduction is used to change the type and size of thread on the barrel or to fasten any of the supplements on the barrel whose muzzle is not threaded provided at all.
On the initiative of many shooters, the reduction was developed primarily on the legendary Czechoslovak „pump“.It is compatible with the machine gun SA 23/25 - 9 mm Luger and SA 24/26 - 7,62 Tokarev and their civil clones.
For guns:
Reduction AKS 74 U
The reduction for weapons AKS 74U allows, for the weapons with the thread M24x1.5, to put on accessories from other weapons.
The reduction is produced with threads: M 14x1, M 14x1 LH, UNF 1/2“x28
Positioning notches are milled in the body of the reduction to fit for a gun. In the outer thread is a notch for the attaching of the rod when tightening the reduction.
The reduction is made of heat-treated steel, sandblasted and alkaline oxidized.

Reduction SA 58
The reduction is not intended only for guns SA 58, which have on the gun muzzle thread M 14x1. At these guns, you can attach accessories with thread M 14x1 LH, UNEF 1/2"x28, UNEF 5/8"x24.

The thread for clamping accessories is size M14x1, M 13,5x1 LH, UNEF 5/8"x24.
The reduction can be used also for other weapons with max 15mm barrel of outside diameter, for example: H/K MP5.
