Muzzle Brakes
Muzzle brakes N-AR Brake have been developed for weapons CZ 805 BREN based on requirements from members of the Army of the Czech Republic, who went through with this weapon in combat operations in Afghanistan. The brake has been developed for modelin calibre .223 Remington.
The main requirement was placed on improving driveability and thanks of that, the refinement of hits of the weapon in firing at mode double-barreled and full auto. Another necessity was to prevent spontaneously loosening during the shooting which is common for all other complements used at the muzzle of the weapon. This was achieved by creating a collet grip of thread.
Muzzle brakes are made of heat treated steel. The surface is sand blasted and provided with a special finish, whose properties are similar as surface treatement Tenifer. The color of the surface is matt anthracite.

N-AR Brake 2 Combat – AR15/M4
Muzzle brakes N-AR Brake 2 Combat - AR 15/M4 was primarily developed as muzzle brake for assaul trifle of the Army of the Czech Republic - CZ 805 BREN A1 in calibre 5,56x45 NATO(.223 Rem).
Barrel lenght for which was muzzle brake designed is 360 mm. The body is made of hight quality alloy steel which is heat-treated. As the last process of manufacture is applying a special surface layer which is its characteristics similar as surface treatement Tenifer. This layer increases the corrosion resistance and decreases the rate of burning material.
Ensuring of muzzle brake is done with a pair of screws. The correct position of the brake is horizontal when the hole size is 4 mm bent upwardly.
